ability to enforce laws and to appoint the agents charged with the duty of such enforcements.

Natural born citizens or citizens of 35 years of age much have residence in the US for 14 years
How are president and vice president elected?
Through election by majority vote
What oaths must the president pledge?
“I do solemnly swear that i will faithfully execute the office of president of the US, and will do my best of ability to preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the US.
What power does the president have over laws? How is it limited or what can he not do that congress can?
Have the power to grant pardons for offense against the US. he cannot make these decisions alone unlike the congress can.
What power does the president have over the military? How is it limited or what can he not do that congress can?
He has broad authority to make decisions that affect the military branches, especially during wartime including determining troop movements and developing strategies for combat. Congress has sole power to declare war.
