Industrial Psychology is a branch of Psychology that applies the principles of psychology to the workplace.

- Principles of learning: used to develop training programs and incentive plans.
- Principles of social psychology: used to form groups and understand employee conflict.
-Principles of motivation ad emotion: used to enlighten employers on different ways to motivate their employees to perform as required or better.
