A

Factories produce pollution which harms the environment. The countries that become polluted are developing countries such as China and Vietnam. Goods are outsourced to these countries because it is cheaper to employ people from developing countries

What was the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade?

A

A trade between Great Britain, Africa and North America. However it significantly favored Great Britain. Profit from England went to Africa in exchange for slaves which were sent to North America to create desirable goods for Great Britain which sent some of it profits back to Africa for more slaves. This process continued for 200 years

A

A war fought between Great Britain and France in North America from 1756 to 1763. Britain ultimately won the war which caused them to take New France. The war ended with the signing of the Treaty of Paris.

A

A commission activated by the Canadian Government in 2008 to show the truth about Canada’s terrifying past with Indigenous people. This commission is set up to repair the relationship between Indigenous People and the Canadian Government. The commission was completed in December 2015.
