Why is it called the Cold War?
They did no actually have a Physical war, It was mostly a war of words. It was also a war of tactics and proxy wars.
Which Countries were Involved?
It was The USA against The USSR
Why did it happen?
There was a disagreement between USA’s ideology of capitalism and the USSR’s ideology of communism. USA did not want communism overtaking the world.
When did the Cold War end?
26th December 1991
Who was Harry ( S ) Truman?
He was USA president during the Cold War. He led USA morale and tactics during the conflict.
Very suspicious of USSR means.
Who was Joseph Stalin?
He was the USSR’s ruthless dictator who reigned during the start of the cold war.
When did Stalin die?
Stalin died on the 5th March, 1953, as a result, the Cold War Thawed until the mid 1960s. Later, things started to heat up again.
What is a Cold War?
A state of political hostility between the USA and the USSR characterized by threats , propaganda and other measures short of open warfare.
