A: People living in the 13 colonies who wanted their independence from Britain

The East India Company was given the right to sell tea in NA, upset the colonists who refused to let the companies’ ships come into the New York and Philadelphia harbours.

A: British parliament made a law that taxed sugar and molasses, colonists then boycotted sugar.

A: 3 tea-carrying ships were allowed in the Boston harbor. Upset because of this, Americans went on tea ships dressed as natives and dumped the tea into the harbor.
