Herodotus. He wrote about the Persian War. He called it The Histories. History= greek( to enquire)

History and story- telling ( differences)
A
History is more factual than story-telling. It is non-fiction, its academic, it really happened. Whereas story-telling is imaginary, its fiction, its narrative.
