Colour, consistency, quantity, odour
What specific things should you ask about in a cardio history?
Shortness of breath, exercise tolerance, palpitations, syncope.
Oedema, night sweats, fever, weight loss
What do you ask about in a neurological history?
SOCRATES, how long to recover from loss of consciousness, amnesia. crying, was the episode witnessed
What do you ask about in a GI history?
Pain, bloating, nausea and vomiting, difficulty swallowing, heartburn, jaundice, altered bowel habits, blood in stool, stools, mucus, appetite, weight change, continence, haematemesis
