Bureaucracy
A system of government in which most of the important decisions are made by state officials rather than by elected representatives
Aristocracy
The highest class in certain societies, especially those holding hereditary titles or offices
Voluntary Association
A group or union who enter into an agreement, usually as volunteers, to form a body or oraganization
Coercive Conversion

Assimilation

Hegemony

A state in which supreme power is held by the people and their elected representatives, and which has an elected or nominated president rather than a monarch
