Primary Sources
Sources that existed or were made during the time period being studied
Secondary sources
Sources that have been created after the time period being studied.
Artefact
An object made by a human, typically of cultural or historical interest.
Bias
A tendency to believe that some people or ideas are better than others.
Context
Refers to the moods, attitudes and conditions that existed in a certain time. It is the ‘setting’ for an event that occurred.
Credibility
The quality of being believed or accepted as true.
Agenda
The intentions or motives of a particular person or group
Partiality
Unfair bias in favour of one person or thing; favouritism
Neutral
A person or group that does not favour either side in a quarrel, contest or war.
Perspective
A particular attitude towards; a way of regarding something; a point of view
