What are direct causes in history?

A

They are the one event that must happen so that the event happens. They usually happen last in a chain of causes, from indirect to direct.

What are indirect causes in history?

A

Events that contribute to the event happening and spark the direct cause as a whole. These generally include social, economic, environmental, and political implications (SEEP).
