Zedekiah tries to run after a breach is made to the walls of Jerusalem. He is caught and brought to Riblah where he experiences Babylonian atrocities including watching his sons aged 2-16 be killed, having his eyes gouged out, then being brought to Babylon where he was most likely beheaded in a public setting.
When was the changing of the guard?
