- I have often found that creating campaigns and being a part of sporting teams is a significant strength that I have so becoming a marketing assistant at Athletigo would be a suited role for myself and my passions.
Have you done this kind of work before?
I have had a previous experience working for a small business called ‘Sensational Sweets’
- worked as a communication manager that dealt with internal situations and ensured that the business was on top of all of its campaigns, to ensure that the business was successful.
- was successful in helping elevate the business’ prosperity and reputation.
- assisted in developing some of the marketing campaigns such as the posters increase the consumer awareness.
- did the year 10 market day where I acted as a marketing manager for my business and was involved in promoting the business and building on brand identity.
What makes you the best person for this job?
- over my business education I have consistently earned high excellences for my projects and am extremely dedicated to the work.

- struggle sometimes to improve my speaking quality
- speak too quietly or at a less convincing volume which causes me to appear less confident in some of my work.
- I focus on improving the quality of my speaking in social situations.

“What motivates you?”
- Setting a goal for myself is a major source of motivation.
-make a step towards evolving myself and increasing my skills thus motivating me to work harder and become a stronger version of myself.

-Another point of motivation is creation.
-Creating and formulating new ideas is something that I am passionate about and I am motivated to polish creations to the greatest standard.

-am passionate about many of my creative hobbies including drama and dance commitments.

My ideal work environment is collaborative welcoming.

“Tell me about a challenge you overcame related to this role”
When we completed our year 10 market day we struggled to find a way to create packaging that could help build our brand identity- lack of resources.
-Therefore, the marketing team including myself worked together to create a convenient product to apply to our packaging that was sourced by one of the marketing members and designer by me which we then stuck onto our packaging which made our packaging look sleeker as well as presented our business to other possible consumers to increase our brand identity. This resulted in us being able to overcome our challenge that we faced during packaging creation.
“Where do you see yourself in five years?”
In 5 years I see myself working towards or as a higher level part in a marketing role. Possible as a coordinator or executive role within the business. I hope to be working in a higher standard role which allows me to grow my abilities and become an overall improved worker. I hope to be working in more important and vital roles as a marketer as I will be out of University and will be ready to take on more complex and high level job roles. Finally, I hope to be working with Athletigo on bigger marketing projects to increase the business’ reputation and income.
