Brahman
single divinity of supreme God that is present in everything. Brahman connects all. Does not have any pronouns
Atman
Visible aspects of ultimate Brahman (includes others gods/deities/spirits/souls
Samsara
It is the belief in reincarnation. The soul goes through a cycle of being born into a body, dying, and being reborn again in a new body.
Moksha
Literally means liberation. One reaches moksha when one has become free of ignorance. It is a mature soul.
Karma
Is a force that determines the quality of each life, depending on how well one behaved in a past life
Brahma
Creator and is depicted with three heads
Vishnu
The protector and is bright blue
Shiva
Destroyer. A light grayish blue. Usually dancing.
Kali
Demon killer. Long dark hair. Darker skin color. Necklace of skulls.
Hanuman
Monkey is the physical appearance. Appears in the Ramayana, is Rama’s protector. He represents the loyal friend/devotion
Ganesha
Elephant, the removal of obstacles.
