Where and how did Hinduism originate?
Scientist’s believe that Hinduism started somewhere between 2300 B.C. and 1500 B.C. in the Indus Valley. Many Hindus argue that their faith is timeless and existed way before. Hinduism is different from other religions as in they have no one founder but is instead a fusion of various beliefs.
What are the four major goals of life in Hinduism?

What does Moksha mean in Hinduism?
(liberation, spirituual values, self-actualization)
What does Kama mean in Hinduism?
(pleasure, love, psychological values)
What does Dharma mean in Hinduism?
(righteousness, moral values)
What does Artha mean in Hinduism?
(prosperity, economic values)
How do they view Karma in Hinduism?
Karma is good and bad deeds that eventually come back to you in different times in your life. Hinduism believe that good karma will result in more desirable rebirth like being born in a rich family. Bad karma would result in less desirable rebirth like being born in a poor household.
How do Hinduist view reincarnation?
Reincarnation is when a soul which Hinduism believe is a eternal and is a part of the spiritual realm returns back to earth in a new body. That soul will complete many cycles of life learning new things each time and working through its karma.
Do Hinduist believe in 1 god, deities, or multiple different gods?
They believe in Braham as their one God, but they do recognize there is other deities
What is the significance of the caste system in Hinduism?
The caste system has existed in some form in India for at least 3,000 years. It is a social hierarchy passed down through families, and it can dictate the professions a person can work in as well as aspects of their social lives, including whom they can marry
