it also affects what you are reincarnated as or wether you reach enlightenment.
Why is the naming ceremony significant for Hindu parents?
To make sure the baby isn’t cursed
performed by a spiritual leader Items are gathered to perform a ritual/prayer over the baby.
Why is performing Puja so important?
It honours the presence of special guest and their memories after they die.
What is puja?
achieving purity of mind and focusing on the divine
which can be a fitting stepping stone to knowing the Supreme Being or Brahman.
