Imaging machines (MR, CT, etc), classes (diabetic ed), and operating rooms… all resources that need a schedule.

Anyone who logs in to Hyperspace.

Yes, security controls permissions, user role controls what you see when you log in.
Is it possible for a user to have more than one role in Hyperspace?
Yes. CLARITY_EMP_ROLE is the intermediate table that holds user id and the ID of all the roles listed for that user.
What table and column are the recommended way of discovering if a provider is a resident?
CLARITY_SER_2 . IS_RESIDENT_C

T/F: A provider’s primary specialty and department are saved overtime in CLARITY_SER_SPEC and CLARITY_SER_DEPT.
False. These entries are not dated and in fact rely solely on a person entering the provider’s primary spec and dept first.
