Q
How common are dynamic ST changes in prehospital-identified STEMI? How often do they evolve? How often do they resolve?
A
Very common!
~20% of prehospital STEMI shows STE resolution on ED arrival.
~10% of cases which flag for STEMI in ED were originally NSTEMI
