Pts taking immunotherapy or antibody treatment for Ca.
Targeted Ca treatments that affect immunity eg PKIs or PARP inhibitors.
Bone marrow /stem cell transplant in last 6 months and taking immunosuppressants.

Organ transplant recipients
Severe respiratory disease (inc cystic fibrosis, severe asthma, severe COPD)
Diseases significantly increasing infection risk (SCID), homozygous sickle cell,
Immunosuppressant treatment sufficient dose
Spleen problems
Adult Down’s patients
Dialysis or chronic kidney disease
Pregnant with heart disease
