What to pump at if there is a stamped pressure?
No water flowing: 50 psi below stamped pressure
Water flowing: Stamped pressure and up to 50 psi over if crews request more pressure
How to tell if water is flowing through FDC?
Feather discharge gate and see if pressure drops
If pressure drops, water is flowing
