Aboriginal man, wanting to buy a large piece of land with the government’s money, the Queensland government believes Aboriginals have no rights to buy the land. Human investigate group stated Koowarta has been racial discriminated from the state government. Koowarta and commonwealth won. Meaning state could not stop the purchase.
