What is Intellectual Development
Intellectual development refers to the increase in complexity of processes in the brain, such as thought, knowledge and memory.
What is Physical development
Physical development refers to the changes that occur to the body and its systems.
What is emotional development
Emotional development occurs as individuals experience the full range of emotions and learn ways to appropriately express emotions.
What is social development
Social development refers to the increasing complexity of behaviour patterns used in relationships with other people (VCAA)
