endorsement for Hamilton Fire Department apparatus required to be driven until a renewed licence is
presented to their District Senior Officer. A copy of the employees written report of notification of loss of
driving privileges as well as the report for the renewed license status must be forwarded to the member’s
Platoon Chief/ Division Chief. Any member who does drive HFD apparatus while their licence is under
suspension or otherwise not in force or not appropriate, shall be disciplined
