This is the tale of King Arthur and the knights of the round table. The green knight storms into the banquet/feast of the nobles of Camelot, challenging the knights to a contest. Only King Arthur’s nephew, Gawain, accepts the challenge. Gawain chops off the green knights head but has to meet the Green knight in one year to receive the same.

This is the story of Siddhartha Gautama, a wealthy prince who has the “perfect” (sheltered)life. Once Siddhartha experiences the “Four Passing Sights” his reality is shattered and he escapes his father’s palace to search for the meaning of life.

This is the ancient greek legend (the call refused) about King Minos who recieves a white bull to sacrifice in tribute to Poseidon, but who switches the bull, thinking Poesidon will not notice. A son is born to the king’s wife and the bull, in the form of half man, half bull (a minotaur). Minos must fix his mistake.
