Name of hernia in which two loops of intestin are protruding in the sac og the hernia
Maydl’s hernia (W hernia)
A patient is complaining of a swelling in the groin, the dr. Suspects hernia, upon examination, palpation revealed a doughy consistency, it is easily reducible but difficult at the end and there is no gurgle sensation. Percussiin reveals a dull note.
