Patient is a 49-yr old female who presents with a GAGGING sensation. She complains that she wakes up with this sensation and also feels nauseated often. She says that she does not vomit, but often feels close to it. She complains that she is often nervous and has ANXIETY. She is easily startled. She has poor appetite and yet can feel thirsty at times. She occasionally feels bloated. Recently, she has been having a very difficult time SLEEPing, both in falling asleep and in waking up in the middle of the night, and then feels a sense of nervous exhaustion during the day. Her complexion is pale and slightly green.
Tg: red-tipped w/ white coat.
Px: thin and wiry on L, thin and soggy on R.
