3/5 of the following:
- Age <11 or >40
- bili >300
- INR > 3.5
- Jaundice to coma time > 7 days
- Drug toxicity

What are the criteria for HRS-AKI?

Answer 3

Stage 2 AKI (SCr 2-3 fold increase from baseline) with the following:

• no response after 2/7 of diuretic withdrawal and albumin
• absence of shock
• nil nephrotoxic drugs
• absence of parenchymal renal disease
