Courvoisier’s sign:
- In the presence of painless obstructive jaundice, a palpable gallbladder is unlikely to be due to gallstones

FIRST LINE = Abdo USS
May show increased CEA, CAI19-9
LFT = increased bilirubin, ALP
GS = ERCP
- sample for biopsy
- stent strictures present in tree

A
Majority of cases inoperable as patients presents v.late
