Ultrasound, hyperechoic.

How do we treat autoimmune hepatitis?
A
Prednisolone Azathioprine (usually lifelong)

What is fulminant hepatic failure?
A
Hepatic failure with encephalopathy developing in less than 2 weeks in a patient with a previously normal liver or in a patient with an acute exacerbation of underlying liver disease.
