Chaddock sign
Striking lateral malleolus - extension of big toe
Gonda sign
Flexion and sudden release of 4th toe - extension of big toe

Pressure over medial aspect of tibia - extension of big toe
Schaffer sign
Squeezing Achilles tendon - extension of big toe
Mendel reflex
Percussion over dorsum foot - abnormal flexion of toes (2-5)
Rossolimo sign
Percussion over tip of toes - abnormal flexion of toes
Pseudo Babinski
Hyperkinetic MD - striatal toes, dystonia and choreoathetosis
