A

hydrocephalus, papilledema, H/A, vomiting, ataxia, parinaud syndrome = limited upward gaze

If suspect pineal gland mass what lab tests should you order? How do you dx?

A

check BHCG, AFP –> often germ cell tumor may cause central precocious puberty
