AOM Treatment
A
No ABX tx: AMox 1000 mg TID Prior ABX within month: Amox-clavulanate ER 2000/125 OR Cefdinir 300 mg q 12 h OR 600 mg q 24 hr OR Cefpodoxime proxetil 200 mg BID OR Cefprozil 125-500 mg BID. Duration of therapy is 5-7 days.
