painful red eye, hazy cornea, dilated fixed pupil with elevated pressure
IMMEDIATE REFERRAL
Squamous Cell carcinoma
usually painless, firm ulceration or raised lesion, lymphadenopathy with oral cancer usually immobile nodes that are non-tender
