S3 and S4 reasoning

A

S3 = from a sudden deceleration of blood flow into left ventricle from the left atrium
- benign in some children & trained athletes but can be indicative of congestive heart failure later in life

S4 = in ventricular non-compliance (ex. hypertrophy)
