- NTG (decreases infarction size)- adm during 1st 48 hrs
- lidocaine for PVCS
- atropine, isuprel

- digitalis, dobutamine (inotropic)
- lasix (diuretic)
- morphine, nipride (vasodilator)
- aerosolized alcohol to reduce surface tension of secreations
- CPAP
