A

Right auricle free, smooth, the atrium is free, the tricuspid valve circumference is 130mm and free, the foramen ovale is closed to fossa ovale, the chordates tendiane is threadlike.

A

Thickness of the wall 4-5 mm, smooth inner surface, circumference of the pulmonary valve is 80 mm, cusps are movable free and thin, inner surface of the pulmonary trunk is ivory.

Left atrium

A

Normal in diameter, smooth inside, auricle is free, the bicuspid valves are free thin and movable, chorda tendinae are thin threadlike and the papillary muscles are cylindrical diameter of the bicuspid valve is 105 mm.

Left ventricle

A

lumen is free and smooth inside, 10-14 mm thick, the circumference of the aortic semilunar valves are 65 mm with free movable cusps. Diameter of circumflex and anterior descending is normal. The aorta and its branches are ivory in color on the inside.
The myometrium is brown in color with a reddish tint, rubbery consistence

A

There is a paler yellow area surrounded by a hemorrhagic borders, if present, removable greyish material resulting from acute fibrinous pericarditis. look for the thrombus that caused the infraction or the location in which it caused the obstruction
