survival and is second only to oxygen in relation to its importance. Around 60% of the human body is
made of water, on
average we lose 2L of
water per day and these
levels need to be
replenished for the body
to maintain optimum
performance in all aspects
of living.

Fibre is a part of plant food which the body can not digest. It is essential for the bodies digestion as it moves through the digestive system fast taking other wastes with it.
