It can involve eating healthy foods and getting exercise everyday.

Striving to receive good grades, reading a happy or inspiring book, trying to live a stress free life, having a positive outlook on things, etc.
What does social health involve?
Social health is talking and interacting with other people.

Foods, friends, and trends.
How can friends and family influence your personal choices?
They can either have a negative or positive role in your life such as your diet that you choose to eat.
What is heredity?
Heredity is when you have passing traits that family members have had in the past.
Can you control your heredity?
You cannot because most of the time, you are born with it.
What are values and how can they affect the choices you make?
Values are the beliefs that guide the way a person lives, such as what is right or wrong. Different people have different perspectives on things and their values may affect the choices they make.
What kind of consequences can happen when poor and unhealthy choices are made?
You can get addicted to these new habits, and they will get harder and harder to overcome.
What are effective communication skills?
When you use “I” statements.
What are good listening and speaking skills?
When you are listening to what the person is saying and responding in an appropriate way.

The ability to identify a person’s feelings.

Stress can cause many negative problems such as fatigue, anxiety, depression, etc.

Letting someone know about your problem, or exercising, because you have lots of energy when you are feeling stressed, sleeping and getting excercize.
What are symptoms of depression?
When you have lots of stress and are feeling pressured. Also having thoughts of helplessness and hopelessness.
What should you do if a friend talks about suicide?
Let a trusted adult know immediatly.
What is a mood disorder?
A disorder in which a person undergoes mood changes that seem inappropriate or extreme. An example is bipolar disorder or depression.
What are refusal skills?
Ways to say no effectively.
How do media influence your health?
Media can have a positive or negative outlook on things, and you should evaluate the message yourself.
