Resilience definition
The capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness.
If you get knocked down how quickly can you get up.

- You practice patience and kindness
- You’re generally optimistic (focus on what you’re grateful for)
- You live in the present
- You value and build strong relationships
- You know and consider your limits
- You know how to handle rejection
- You like spending time alone (to process things and think through your troubles and think of solutions)

Gathering info - Desicion making
Define - Define the problem or desicion to be made
Consider - Consider all possible options/alternatives to solve a problem or desicion
Write down - Write down pros and cons for all options/alternatives
Weight - Weight all of the pros and cons for the options
Select - Select the best option
Implement - Implement the solution
Monitor - Monitor progress
Review and learn - Review and learn from your experience
Assess alternative resolutions
Think about if they will work effectively

Do that alternative resolutions and see how it goes
Assertiveness
Being an assertive individual means communicating with others in a direct and honest manner without hurting anyone’s feelings. Assertiveness can help you express yourself effectively and stand up for your point of view
Assertive communication can reduce conflict, build self-confidence and enhance personal and work relationships. All the while, respecting the rights and beliefs of others.

Passive - Doesn’t do anything about it
Assertive - Finds solution calmy
Aggresive - Is rude and demands things
Social health and wellbeing
