Migration
The movement of an individual or group from one location to another.
Push factors
Factors that make, cause or force people to migrate.
‘Pull’ factors
Factors that attract people to new locations.
Internally displaced person (IDP)
A person who has been forced to flee his or her home but who has not crossed the country’s border and therefore does not engage the international protection regime.

The process by which an individual or group is found to fit the article 1A definition of a refugee.
