Disease is a condition of a body part, an organ or a system resulting from various causes. It is a departure from health

What are the two kinds of disease and how are they different?
A
Communicable- illnesses which result from infections, contagious
Non communicable- illnesses which are often the result of unhealthy lifestyles and sometimes inheritance

What are examples of the non-specific immune system?
A
Skin - acts as barrier
Trachea + bronchi - severer mucus, traps pathogens
Stomach - produces HCl, kills pathogens

Why are the two cells involved in the specific immune system?

Lymphocyte and phagocyte
