Physical activity
Any Form of Movement that uses energy
Physical fitness
The ability to carry out daily tasks easier and have enough reserve energy to respond to unexpected demands.
Aerobic
Any activity that uses large muscle groups, is rhythmic in nature, and can be maintained continuously for at least 10 minutes 3 times a day or for 20 to 30 minutes at one time.
Anaerobic
Intense short burst of activity in which the muscle work so hard that they produce energy without using oxygen.
F.I.T.T
The Frequency, intensity, time(also technically duration I guess but FIDT doesn’t sound as catchy), and type of activity.
Frotebite
A condition that results when body tissues become frozen.
Hypothermia
A condition in which body temperatures become dangerously low.
Muscle Cramp
A spasm or sudden tightening of a muscle.
Strain
A condition resulting from damaging a muscle or tendon.
R.I.C.E.
The process to help heal a minor injury, the steps go like this: Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation.
