Community Support Services
No overnight stay in hospitals is required to ambulatory patients
Ambulatory Care
Specializes in services for older persons who can no longer live independently
Provide specialized care to seniors with severe illness, injuries
Nursing Home
Provide supportive residential housing and appealing housing alternative, home-like environment
Older adults with minor to moderate functional impairment
Assisted Living Facility
Other Skilled services
