asymmetry border irregularity colour variation diameter >6mm elevation and evolution
What are annular, confluent, and discrete lesions?
annular - circular, ring worm
confluent - grows into each other, hives
discrete - acne
What are grouped, gyrate, and target lesions?
grouped - cluster, no overlap
gyrate - snake-like, parasitic skin infection
target - bullseye, lime disease
What are linear, polycyclic, and zosteriform lesions?
polycyclic - annual lesions that are starting to grow together
zosteriform - linear, but follows a nerve route, shingles
