What are the benifits of exersise?
It improves brain health and strengthens bones and muscles.
What are some examples of proteins, fats and carbohydrates
beans fish, oil butter,rice bread.
How much exercise should we be getting each day
1 hour of moderate exersize and 7 minutes of vigerous exersize

Grain (cereal) foods, mostly wholegrain and/or high cereal fibre varieties.
Vegetables and legumes/beans.
Fruit.
Milk, yoghurt, cheese and/or other alternatives, mostly reduced fat.
Lean meats and poultry, fish, eggs, tofu, nuts and seeds and legumes/beans.
How to reduce sedentary behaviour
