who are HSE and what is their purpose ?
HSE are the health and safety executives and their purpose is to ensure all buildings are following modern regulations and have the power to shut a construction site/business down for not following them
What is HASAWA 1974 ?

which people does HASAWA involve ?
it includes employees and employers in order to keep them safe even bystanders.
why is health and safety important ?
Helps protect you from harm on a building site or anywhere your working.
why is PPE needed
correct PPE is important as it protects you from any harms relates to your task.

the punishments could be upwards of a £20,000 fine depending on the severity as well as 6 month imprisonment.
