A

Fitness is the ability to carry out every day activities without undue fatigue.

What factors effect our health?

A
  1. OBESITY - extremely overweight, movement limited, low self esteem, type 2 diabetes
  2. ANOREXIA - extremely light weight, heart attack prone, mental health problem
  3. OSTEOPOROSIS - weakening of the bones, bones are brittle, stops you from exercising
  4. SOCIAL DRUGS -taking drugs for enjoyment, potential mental health issues, addiction, loss of fitness
  5. FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES - not enough money, poor diet, no time/money for exercise
  6. STRESS - high pressure, limited time, heart problems, stroke
  7. NOT EXERCISING - less than an hour/day, diseases, eg. high blood pressure/heart issues
