Conservative treatments for tension-type HA (4)
- manual manipulation: ischemia/compression
- physical therapy
- spray and stretch
- dry needling
Other causes of tension-type HA (2)
1) cervical facet referral
2) TMJ

Pharmacology: SSRI/tricyclics
Behavioral model: treat tension type headache
- RICE
- prevent overuse
