Sudden onset New onset over 50 Significant change in headache characteristic Fever, rash, photophobia, neck stiffnes Visual disturbance Vomiting Recent head trauma Triggered by changes in posture neurological deficit Symptoms suggestive of GCA Hx of malignancy or immunosuppresion
