- ptosis, eye watering, nasal congestion

- Feeling of fullness in face

- Mouth –> eye (spares orbit)
- < 60 seconds
- Facial “tick” to try to alleviate the pain
- Triggered by touching face

- Associated bilaterally symmetric pain in Neck, Shoulders + Hips (proximal extremities)
