What are 4 criteria for a cervicogenic headache and how many do you need to say it was one?
Need 2.
- Headache came on at the same time of the neck injury
- Improves as the neck injury improves.
- Anything that makes the neck injury worse makes the HA worse
- Fix the injury, fix the HA

Bilateral, mild, no NV
